In accordance with Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, you can use this form to exercise your rights regarding your personal data.
Your Right to Apply
Within the scope of KVKK, you can apply on the following subjects:
- Learning whether your personal data is processed
- Requesting information if processed
- Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose
- Knowing the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad
- Requesting correction if incomplete or incorrectly processed
- Requesting deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of KVKK
Application Process
Your applications will be evaluated and concluded as soon as possible according to the nature of your request and within 30 days at the latest.
